Executive Chaplain Robert Gordon
Chaplain Gordon has been operating in ministerial positions since 2004. In 2004, he began a homeless serving & encouraging ministry at Lake Eola. In 2005, he began working at a rehab center called Central Care Mission, they specialized in reintegrating people back into society due to addictions and homelessness; he was a teacher and counselor there for over 5 years. In 2005, he also started a Life Group at First Baptist Orlando and did that for 5 years. In 2007, Chaplain Gordon began to teach, preach, and counsel inmates at the 33rd Street Correctional Facility in Orlando, FL. In 2008, Chaplain Gordon planted a ministry on International Drive, which today is called I Drive Ministries, a 501c3 non-profit organization. I Drive Ministries is composed of three sub-ministries I Drive Church (previously known as The Church of Life), I Drive Preschool (previously known as Kiddie Life Preschool), and I Drive Chaplain.
Corporate Chaplain Richie Ruiz
Chaplain Ruiz has been operating in ministerial positions since 2001. He was actively involved with His House Children's Home in South Florida and ministered to Orphans, Widows, and Terminally ill children. From 2002-2003, he served his locally with initiatives in fighting abuse and ministering to youth at Christ the Rock Community Church in Davie Florida. In 2005, he co-founded a Life Group with Chaplain Gordon. In 2010, he became actively involved part-time with I Drive Church (Previously known as The Church of Life) and was ordained as a Pastor in 2013. In 2013-2014, Chaplain Ruiz and his wife served as a CARES team for Apartment Life, a ministry dedicated to transforming lives by planning & hosting magnificent events, offering local resources, and providing care & counsel for the needs of apartment residents. In 2015 he accepted a corporate position with Apartment Life as Area Director, VP of Program Management and Regional Director through 2018. Currently, Pastor Richie serves as a Communications Pastor at I Drive Church.
Chaplain Glynda Gordon
Chaplain Glynda Gordon was blessed to be born and raised in a Christian home up in Chicago, Illinois. In 2001, Glynda moved to Orlando after graduating college with a Sports Medicine Degree. She worked at Mt. Dora High School for six year as the athletic sports medicine director. She mentored various girls throughout her years while working there. In 2008, Glynda retired from her career and devoted herself to being a full-time mother of two and wife of a traveling entrepreneur and minister. She currently serves as the women's ministry leader of I Drive Ministries (I Drive Church and I Drive Preschool). Glynda has a natural gifting of counsel and wisdom which many people have benefited from over the years.
